Amsterdam to host the 10th Anniversary European Golf Business Conference 25-27th November 2015

The European Golf Course Owners Association (EGCOA) has today announced that Amsterdam will be the host city of the 10th Anniversary European Golf Business Conference.

From the 25th-27th November 2015, the conference will be held at the newly built Schiphol Hilton Hotel and one of the Netherlands leading courses ‘’The International’’ both of which are conveniently located at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.

The 2015 conference theme, ‘From VISION to action’, will highlight the success of many golf facilities across Europe who have shared their VISION and have taken action to change and adapt their approach to the fast changing golf market.

EGCOA President Alexander Baron von Spoercken commented: ‘We are delighted to be marking the 10th anniversary of the EGCOA and the conference back home where it all started in Amsterdam. Since the inaugural conference in 2006 the event has grown from strength to strength, welcoming many of the most influential people in the European and global golf industry.

He added, ‘We are proud to say the conference is now a major event for golfing industry players of all levels and is widely regarded as a must attend event on the golf business calendar. Building on the momentum and overwhelming responses we have received for the VISION 2020 project, we are working hard to make our anniversary event a memorable celebration of the EGCOA’s work over the last decade.’’
