Job Description:
We are currently seeking applications for the position of General Manager at a traditional private members golf club in the Midlands.
Our client is a forward thinking, private members’ golf club focused on delivering a high quality golfing experience to members and guests, both on and off the course. The 100 year club boasts a fine 18 hole parkland course with excellent bar and catering facilities, situated in Sutton Coldfield.
The club now wish to re-structure and are looking to employ a General Manager in order to run the club.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- A proven track record in golf club management, with demonstrable business development skills.
- Strong people management and administration abilities.
- Excellent commercial and marketing knowledge.
- Knowledge of golf and private golf club operations and traditions.
